This Privacy Policy explains how Aerofoils USA Inc., 3 West Main Street #102A, Irvington, NY 10533 ("Aerofoils", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information of US residents when they shop at us.aerofoils.com, create a customer account there or contact Aerofoils USA Inc. We use account login credentials only to secure your account, and we do not use any sensitive personal information for other purposes.
3. Who We Share It With
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as Shopify (store and checkout platform), our payment providers, shipping carriers, and IT, analytics and customer service providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Authorized dealers and service partners, when you book a test ride or local service, or when a dealer handles your purchase.
- Our affiliate Aerofoils GmbH, which manufactures our products, as far as needed for your order, warranty claims and service.
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft, through cookies and pixels on us.aerofoils.com (see section 4).
- Authorities and advisers where the law requires it or to protect our rights, and a buyer in the event of a merger or sale of the business concerned.
4. "Selling" and "Sharing" for Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We do let advertising partners such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft collect identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP addresses), internet activity and purchase events on our site,. You can opt out at any time on our Shop Privacy Choices page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out for that browser. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
5. Cookies and Pixels
On us.aerofoils.com we use cookies and similar technologies to run your cart and checkout and keep them secure, to understand how the checkout is used and to measure our advertising (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads). Third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor GPC as described above. 6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state where you live, you have the right to:

We do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
7. How to Use Your Rights
To opt out, use our Shop Privacy Choices page; no verification is needed. For all other requests, email support.usa@aerofoils.com. We verify your identity by matching details you give us with our records, such as your email address and an order number. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission. We respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need up to 45 more days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing support.usa@aerofoils.com with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we answer within the time your state's law requires. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact your state attorney general.
8. Marketing Emails and Texts
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We send marketing text messages only with your prior written consent, which is not a condition of purchase; reply STOP at any time to end them.
9. Children
Our sites are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. How Long We Keep Information
Order and warranty records: for the warranty period plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Account data: until you delete your account. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only what we need to stop contacting you. Cookie data: up to 13 months, as shown in our cookie settings.
11. Security and International Transfers
We protect personal information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. Some of our service providers and affiliated companies process personal information outside the US, including in the European Union.
12. California "Shine the Light"
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
13. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you about material changes by email or on our sites.
